Everything in the AO ecosystem exists to solve a problem Mike Curry ran into himself.
Mike entered life insurance in November 2020 and produced at a Hall of Fame level almost immediately. He also saw the structural problems clearly: expensive leads, resold leads, chargebacks, constant pressure to replace production, limited recurring income, and the reality that slowing down meant income falling with it.
In 2022 he moved heavily into health insurance. The idea was to combine the production mentality of life insurance with something more durable: recurring health insurance renewals. Instead of teaching agents how to make one more sale, AO started building a system to help agents become self-sufficient producers with an actual book of business — inside the carrier access and contracting infrastructure USA Benefits Group already provided.

Mike Curry entered the life insurance business in November 2020.
In his first full year, Mike produced more than $400,000 and earned Hall of Fame Producer recognition.
After experiencing the traditional life model firsthand — expensive and resold leads, chargebacks and constant pressure to replace production — Mike moved heavily into health insurance.
AO Financial grew into an organization with more than 500 writers and approximately $32 million in annual premium.
Annual premium reached approximately $45 million by mid-2024, and AO was recognized as the #1 Manhattan Life agency in the country.
A second consecutive #1 Manhattan Life Agency recognition, with approximately $23 million in U65 production and roughly 3,000 clients enrolled during the OEP period.
AO Financial is the fastest growing division in USA Benefits Group, with production up 71% over 2025.
Organizational production figures are historical results for AO Financial and its writers. They describe the organization, not any individual agent’s experience, and are not a promise or projection of future performance.

The problems Mike set out to fix — chargebacks, resold leads, income that falls the moment you slow down — are not abstract business problems. They are the difference between a career that supports a family and one that quietly runs it.
That is the standard AO builds against: an agent with a real book of business, recurring renewals, and a business that keeps working when life happens.
AO is built on District and Regional leaders who still write business. These are the people an agent actually works with — and each one can be reached directly.
If the philosophy makes sense to you, the next step is a real conversation about fit.
