A strong work ethic was instilled in me at a young age, starting on the job site when I was just 15 years old. Growing up around my father, uncle, and grandfather, I watched them build homes, paint, lay floors, launch businesses, and develop high-performing sales teams. From the beginning, I learned to do whatever it took—whether that meant picking up a hammer or sitting down at a computer—to serve people with excellence.

I have led teams and developed leaders using those same core fundamentals. When I entered the health insurance industry in 2024, I brought that same commitment: learning from established leaders, trusting the process, and executing with consistency. As we grow and expand, I remain devoted to maintaining my character and ensuring no member of my team is left behind. I believe God has placed this opportunity before me, and I am committed to stewarding it well through the same dedicated effort that has guided my entire life.
